Presented here is a clickable diagram of the process which is invoked by running the command "xbear." Clicking on different parts of the diagram will give you more information about that part.

For a given subroutine, the order of operations is left to right (counterclockwise).

While most of the details concerning the AMR structure have been omitted (as have any details with regards to parallelization), the dashed box in the center of the diagram is included to maintain continuity between AMR and ADVANCE, which are located in separate files.
